What is turducken you ask?
	A Louisiana original invented by a poultry provider in Lafayette, Louisiana. A turducken is a de-boned chicken stuffed inside a de-boned duck, stuffed inside a de-boned turkey with layers of dressing in between. Carved crosswise you'll enjoy a taste of all flavors combined. Also serving our regular buffet.
